    Full Press...LT or HT

good call on this. i forgot to mention prior that these new impulse ingots are definetely for the "cosmetic shades" ie: BL3, BL4, A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, C1. notice i left out the BL1 & BL2. these are so high in value that i feel i would be better off with using LT BL1 or BL2. anything darker than...

    emax etching

whatever etch gel you are using, take a look at the concentration. the etch gel from ivoclar is a 5% concentration. e.max gets etched for 30 seconds with that 5% variation. there are many other etching gels out there, many of them being 9%. if your using that version, make sure you cut the etch...

Zirconium Copins Out Of Bruxzir Material?

What's up with Titanium? It works, it looks good, its light weight, its radiolucent, its is a lot cheaper than gold, it has a neutral taste, and its biocompatable. Now why can't you believe anyone is fooling with Titanium? Zr is great and so is Titanium you just need to know how to use it!;)...

if your calibrating alot, it must mean that your BUSY and pressing many restorations! you can select the calibration interval - from I think every 25 pressings up to 100. you can set that interval and also select calibration parameters on a monthly basis.

    Ivoclar ep5000

john the only thing that you should do after you get it set up is run the dehumidification program - which basically does the "seasoning" of the muffle and all the fire brick inside. It also will pull out every single drop of moisture inside. thats it! after running that, you can get pressing!

    Argen Noble Crown NF???

all of Palladium/Cobalt alloys being sold are not easy to work with. they do not "pool" when melted and metal finish harder than some non-precious alloys. they have a greenish oxide. they are basically like working on non-precious. you will have to tweak your procedures in order for the alloy to...

    Press and stain finishing

your technique sounds fine. you do NOT want to sandblast before staining. remember you already blasted when you took the reaction layer off. i like all the bredent grinders and polishers for surface work. after grinding you would just steam clean or ultra sonic and water. what press do you own...

    Adesso Split Plate Compatible Articulators

i didnt realize the baumann shared the adesso split cast system? encode recommends the calibrated stratos 100 as we know. now if a lab had previously purchased a stratos 200 or 300 that could also be used but it would have to be calibrated and have 15 degree bennett angles and a 30 degree...

    Adesso Split Plate Compatible Articulators

the encode uses the stratos 100 only. also, they use the calibrated version of the articulator so all you will have to do is send down your mounted casts, then they mount your case on another calibrated stratos, complete your implant case. then send the models back to you. if you order the 100...

Can the weight be the problem?
