HI everyone,

I would like to know about your zirconia mill burr life, there is no standard out there and everyone has different opinions so I would like hear from the experienced Milling Centres.

-How many units can you mill average per tool 0,7mm, 1mm, 2mm?

-What kind of coating (diamond, carbide, no coating)?

-What is the best brand and quality ?

Thanks in advance...

Hey NicelyMKV,

Do you have the brand name of the tools or the supplier? I would like to order different brands and material to test them for the best result. I heard that Nano di tools are long lasting as well. Do you confirm???

I use Gold colored tools from ISI. $20 and they work great.

Tried lots of diamonds, and they pack-up with dust too fast and get clogged.

Too much texture to capture dust with the ultra-fine/sticky Full countour High-trans Zirconias.

That's just my opinion?
