zirconia denture teeth?

Anybody have a way with 3shape to scan a posterior denture tooth set-up and then mill in zirconia, We have a hybrid denture with limited room and will aid in keeping the vdo in place Only way I can think of is to scan the setup and then prep the teeth to rebuild. ?????? Thank you

work backwards.

scan the full setup, wax and teeth in place. call it double prep.

carefully remove teeth, ensure wax remains in place, with gingival contour. this is the prep scan (Unsectioned)

in design phase, place margin around waxed gingiva. morph to double prep.

mill finalized smoothened morphups.

Wax inject a matrix of the denture to the new cast. Scan... :/

making a zr crown fit the space of a complete partial is such a pain in the ass. Establish VDO with your single crown and then build your partial around it .... imo
