Whip Mix Articulator help

Doctor has sent me a case with her Whip Mix Articulator , Model 4640, and a face bow, found at this link - http://shop.whipmix.com/facebows/whip-mix/quickmount-face-bow.html
I can't find any instructions anywhere on how to use the facebow with the articulator. Any help for me?
