Wanted to show off this case I just finished and see what yall thought. This is the first I have designed with the new exocad thimble library. We do a lot of wrap around bars but this seemed like the best solution for this patient and we went with it. Any constructive criticism is welcomed.

May I ask if you felt that you were able to get up to speed rapidly and able to use the new library productively in short time, or did you have to re-work a few stages? I'm asking because that looks nice.

Nice I've wanted to try one of these. I think it looks good. One thing that I see is the design seems to have more triangular shapes to the facials of anteriors and looks really good but the final seem more square and rectangular. But looks fun!

The hardest part for me was learning the do's and dont's of the gingiva tool. Luckily I had worked that out on a few zirconia cases so it was pretty simple once I got to this.

Thanks man! Yeah I see what your saying now. The snap shot I posted of the crown design was during the bar phase so once I actually got to building the crowns it was slightly different. I had a denture setup for patient approval so I tried to copy that as much as possible

My question is this looks like ridge lap with direct contacts with soft tissue.
Have you allowed for patient to pass floss apical for cleaning?

Hey LCM, the bottoms were cut to match the tissue then we separated them by .5mm. with the polished metal underneath we feel cleansability should be easily achieved with a waterpik, but I tend to leave alittle extra when designing my bars near tissue. Its much easier to cut away and fix if the Dr. is not happy with it then it is to have a bar re cut.
