So the door won't open and it's giving me a error about lift door jammed. Anyone know a way to get it opened , is there a work around ? I'm thinking of using a jackhammer but it might wreck the crown.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try to switch off and restart - it can help, I did it on my vacumat .

I unplugged it and reset it and nothing so far. What a PoS haha

Ok opened the back , instead of removing the motherboard I used a small tool to move the wheel in the upper to til the tray went down and released my crown! Then I plugged it back and and it works fine now.... These furnaces are such a pain, there only saving grace is they fire pretty good.
