I tried to read some of that stuff and gave up. I've experienced more problems with Zirconia abutments that were introduced into the situation by the dentists mishandling them. That little wrench that is inserted into the hole just needs a small amount of off angel load to bind against the inside of the channel and...OopS!

Wow! Impressive work load! Was that a temp all on 4 or final! What material are you using?

That was the "Beta" appliance in PMMA, it was returned for final fabrication after minor equilibration in the mouth. We use Zenostar ZI but recently have been working with GC on some of our full arch cases
