Cerec, MCXL, zircad, 30 min sinter on the C4 is what I tried today and was very disappointed with the chalky opaque looking results.

Agreed. Although the doctors that do it are not interested in how it looks only that it is fast. I get told that all the time by them.

I used to have some clients that had that way of thinking.....please note the word USED.....Its sad for the patients paying good money and receiving crap.I also believe its a bad longterm business plan since all it will do is make you replaceable by someone who will offer the same thing cheaper.

We ended up getting the speedfire, tried Katana zirconia and the results were much better. Except the "pearl" look they get after polishing. I tried everything I have and the results are the same. Any suggestions for glazing/polishing Katana?

Dont. It changes color after glazing. Much better.

Katana must be slow sintered to look nice.
