Straumann Scanner- feel ripped off what to do

Imagine buying a system and finding out an updated version will be out 2 weeks after you receive it....Now that would suck...right?

Kind of like buying a new car except the car doesn't make you money and the minute you drive it off the lot the value is down the hole.

At least they swapped your scanner out with a newer unit, right? Would you rather have the older scanner? Sucks though, they should at least prorate the difference and change the total balance owed because that's a big drop in price.

I would tell the company to adjust the price or you want to return the scanner for a refund. You have been RIPPED OFF by what I thought was a reputable company. If you push them they should do something. If they do nothing it's proof that I am mistaken about Strauman being a reputable company.

Doug, I am new to the forum. Would love an update on how you are liking the CS2 and DWOS. I am considering upgrading my ES1 and am having a difficult time finding user experience information. Thank you!
