Hello to the whole group.I'm writing from Mexico.I have the Scanner and Strauman system CS2. For some reason the operating system of Windows 7 stopped working and with the option of repair I could make it load again but the version 9.7 of Visual Cares that had installed stopped working and the only version that works is the 6.2 I do not understand because that version Works. In my country the alternative of the technical support department is to buy the new version. As if that would prove to me so easy from an economic point of view. Someone who has the same version could help me with a backup.Greetings and thanks for your attention.
