Strange symbol in 3 Shape

I've noticed recently that I have a blue arrow pointing down on top of the modeled symbol on my orders list on 1 case. Does anyone know what that means?

Check the priority level in the case order. Normal will have nothing, high will have a red arrow pointing up and low might be the blue I thought it was green. It is located right above what version of dental designer you can choose for the case when creating it.
