I might mess around with making one this weekend. I'd take it into meshmixer, overlap it with a primitive like a cylinder that's a larger diameter than the hole, then boolean subtract it to form a post that should fit tight. Maybe scale it down every so slightly so it's not too tight. Then you could 3d print those if you really wanted to get fancy with it. Might be funny to make it fit the Vita shade guide holder....

Can you reupload the shade tap holder, i cant get them to combine the 3 zipfiles together.
