Some times I see white spots on the cores after sintering can anybody help popcorn
I use zirkonzahn blanks tranceluzent

spots from water or super-glue or ?? when staining?

This can happen when (and where) the cores have been in direct contact with a dense sintering plate.

true to the above. also if the copings aren't dried completely after colouring and some sinter sand sticks to the frame.

If you are using sintering beads,,,,it may be time for some newer "fresh" ones.
I use a thin layer of beads in our trays just to elevate the copings off the tray itself.


We noticed tiny white specs on some of our copings, switched beads and we are good now!

Try -
*vacuum or clean your furnace
*run cycle with nothing in it
*check your heating elements

yeah, I have had blobs of metal where the heating element broke.

There was arcing and melted metal balls all over the place.
