Space under SLM RPD frameworks

and how do they look on models?

sounds like a setting is slightly off somewhere, but a few more details would help.

They are designing and it fits great on the model, no space on the model.

I send them the impression, they scan it. Comes back on a printed model.

Weird, i've experienced this as well...but it was with i/o scans and deep palates and the assistants not following the scan path. I'd be curious if you poured up the impression in stone and tell us how the partial fits compared to the printed model.

Digital scan for partials will always have that issue every now and then.
