SDFA -> stl

Hi!

Is it possible to "convert" sdfa to stl?
I need to convert some parts from my implant library to stl in order to import them and register mesh on an overview scan..
As far as i know i can't import sdfa and register them.
If i use "save as" in the designer, when having only a "link" visible, will the saved file be proper?

Any ideas??

I have to mill ddg XIVE engaging interface,because they don't sell this type of interface.
is an SDFA file, how can i make?
I have their scanabutments,library,but their engaging (and non engaging) interface don't exist.
So i have necessity to mill in house.
how can i export for milling???
