i posted this photo in another thread, but this is sagemax NexxZr. Preshaded material with some minor pre sinter staining. Glaze only afterwards. Looks a little more opacious in the photo, but it looks like layered Ceramic in person.

I'm working on the amounts of incisal and body per each individual shade. I will let you guys know when I have it complete. This stuff is phenominal.

After talking to Dan, He says after testing a few different liquids they all came out the same. Once i can get the samples out to you guys it will be great to verify that any liquids will work well for staining the 5 Layer Zirconia.

I also use a combo of ZZ aquarell inc. & cervical stains on other Zr. Recently tried Version 5 by Origin.
They send me all 16 colors to use with there new Zr. The chroma is a little strong. Firing it at 25c climb, 1550 hold for 60min, 16c cool total 4.5hrs the longer the cycle the darker the chroma. This has been the best program yet. Very trans. Jason is that NexxZr 19?

I can wait on the multi shades, but still just wondering about the coloring liquids!! I like having the control of the coloring and the preshades Ive used were too light to not add color to them.

Here is a three unit bridge out of Sagemax pre shaded Nexxzr. How are you guys photographing this stuff? I have taken fifty shots of this case and can't get anything decent? I used a piece of tissue paper over the flash and it's too dark. Stripped it down to a single ply lol... Oh well, I tried...
