We are excited to announce that GDS is on the move to our new facility! This new space is allowing us to expand our repair department to allow for the increase in digital equipment services, as well increase our warehousing facilities.
Thank you so much for your support of our company over the years, which has allowed us to grow and keep improving and expanding our services. Everyone here at GDS is excited for this new chapter and what it will allow us to do - and we're equally excited to have this beast of a move behind us!
The good news: Parts and supplies orders are continuing to operate as normal and should have limited impact from the move.
The bad news: Our service department is temporarily closed during the transition. We are busting our backsides to make this transition as quick as possible so that repairs can get up and running ASAP. If you call in for technical support, we are returning calls as time allows, but our response rate will be temporarily slower. We appreciate you hanging in there with us.

*If your shipping department has our address saved on file in your shipping software, please make sure that it gets updated. UPS/FedEx/USPS will have forwarding orders, but those are temporary and don't always get followed. We are also asking that you hold off on shipping to the new facility until 9/8 to allow our warehouse time to get fully set up and running.
