Printed model analog misalignment?

Hi,
I have the second case now that ended up with an open contact on the mesial in the mouth but was perfect on the model. It seems like there is a misalignment in the analog position. I have no idea if this is a scan issue or print issue. I am so impressed with the fit of the analog in the model that I never expected that this would raise any issues. Where would I even start searching for answers?

I would start by asking for a rescan with scan body placed again. overlay the scans and make sure the scan body is in the same alignment and that the timing seems right. If thats not it I would double check how the case was setup, if its an elos scan flag there are some extra issues that could arise from aligning the wrong scan flag. I wouldn't expect it to be a CAM issue at all
