You know the routine, original frame made elsewhere never really fit well, crowns with dovetails cemented Patient wants nothing on palate Dr takes PVS impression hoping lab can make a miracle happen. Silicone dup, epoxy master model, bego refractory, cast polish and BINGO!

Now lets hope it fits in the mouth

Nice casts - those milled or STL? Was it the actual epoxy model you worked on of fit to?
Question would be how can the patient remove it besides trying to grap it in the front - without undercut
it might be too tight and slips when pt tries to grap from the front.
Well done though - hard to precision cast something like that. I think someone can already mill CoChromium
using the Etkon (CORON?) - anyone tried those yet?
