That entirely depends on the size of the lab

financials
exit strategy
technology level
all figure in, but annual sales is the one thing you need to start with to pick a market/method.

We have several exocad licenses VHF mill. turn key opportunity in Northern Colorado. I'm able to be creative. I own the building the lab is in and have a couple of renters downstairs also.
