Noritake SP EX-3 shade match with Ivocular's chromocsope

I have a problem with matching the porcelain color with the Ivocular's chromoscope shade guide. I use Noritake SP EX-3. Is there any conversion chart which converts Noritake shade guide to choromscope of Ivocular ?
