NADL is proud to offer the No Man’s Land Workshop, complimentary to NADL Members and CDTs who are CEO’s, COO’s and General Managers of dental laboratories. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 and Thursday, September 22, 2016 in Tempe, Arizona. Attendees will need to choose one of the two days to attend.
WHAT is a No Man’s Land Workshop?
The core of the program leads attendees through a series of case-study exercises based on principles in the book, “No Man’s Land.” The interactive case study will address 4 operational categories “The 4 M’s” - Market, Management, Model and Money.
WHY Should You Participate?
The workshop is an opportunity to gain insight from your peers through engaging interaction and data generated by over 600 small businesses around the country. Attendees will receive strategic intelligence about their business that they can use to make better decisions, prevent a growth stall, and regain control of their company’s agenda.
WHO is facilitating these workshops?
Doug Tatum - Chairman of the Board, Newport Board Group
Brent Sapp - CEO, 4M Navigator
Please note the No Man's Land workshop is limited to 35 people per day, so pre-registration is required by Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
NOTE: NADL University (NADL U) will be held at the same location on September 22-24, 2016. For more information on NADL U, including a grant opportunity to cover tuition, please click here.
