3 Days of Professional Management Education! The National Association of Dental Laboratories (NADL) invites you to attend the 2017 NADL University program. The need for qualified managers in the dental laboratory industry was identified as one of the top 5 issues currently impacting the dental laboratory industry. NADL University was developed to meet the business education needs of today’s dental laboratory managers.
Participants of NADL University gain a sophisticated level of knowledge about the diverse aspects of management, including strategic thinking and planning in a competitive global environment. The program allows eligible professionals to earn a Certificate in Dental Laboratory Management during this 3-day, intensive course. Students are able to take what they learn in the classroom and immediately apply it in their dental laboratory.

• Profitability, Operating Ratios and Benchmarking
• Human Resources Management and Employment Regulations
• Client Relations and Laboratory Management

NADL University will be held in Tempe, Arizona at The Tempe Mission Palms Hotel. NADL University will run from September 21 – 23, 2017. The deadline to sign up is August 15th! The NADL University program is limited to 25 participants. Reserve your spot by completing the application and sending it back to the NADL office either by mail, fax, or email.
