I've layed in the sun for the last 6 weeks, and have only 3 more...
I'm moving to NYC September 1st!
WOOHOO!

Cant wait to find a job in a lab in NYC! The most in demand and highest paying state! And its also...
THE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE!!!!
So much to see, so much to do.
Cant wait!!!!!

After I find a job there I may be here more often.

I used to live in NYC, it's good you have your skills before going there. Stick to Brooklyn and the Bronx it's a little cheaper housing. Public transportaion is easy to learn and much easier than driving.

Yea, I'll be i Brooklyn when I get there. Unfortunately I am staying in Bushwick, but the upside is I'm 5 minutes from the train. So its a quick exit out of the ghetto. And just 10 more minutes into the city. No worries folks, I got enough saved up to keep food in my belly and a roof over my head for 4 or 5 months while I find work. I hope to work in the city though as it will likely pay highest. Lots of CAD/CAM positions available on craigslist and getdentaltechjobs so would be nice to land a gig that doesnt involve me sweatin in front of the waxer. So excited!

stay out of bushwick. there are plenty of decent neigberhoods close to the city and close to trains busses etc.
