Mihm Vogt HT furnace problem

I am having issues with my Mihm Ht furnance in that the zirconia coming out is not giving consistent result. A precolored A3 may come out like A1.
er i bought it from was not much help. Emailing Mihm Germany got no responses back after several emails. They have no facebook either.
What can I do?

Check your temps. I use Temp tabs from Orton ceramics. They are heat and time sensitive.

What Zr are you using? When youre underfired, theres a dead opaque look. Way over cooked, margins and cusp tips start to turn white opaque. With in a working range, precolored multi layer Ive experienced will loose color when over heating.

I get great results with Katana STML at 1550 -1560. Origin Beyond + is supposed to be at 1500, but I like it much hotter. It looses chroma, but the trans and over all look is much nicer at higher heat; also 1550-1560.

Just to complicate it a bit...they both look good at 1550 under MoSi2 elements. 1560 under SiC elements.
