Medentica Ti base fractures

Hi, Any one getting feedback or issues with Medentika Ti base for Zimmer 4.1 and 4.7 mm implant platform?
Issues like Chimney fracture/separating from base of Ti base or Hex Fracturing/separating from bottom engaging portion of Ti base?

happens with the zimmer platforms
the base seperating from the chimney is a "new one" though

Not really. There’s not much structure to a ti base compared to a custom abutment,

there aren't many cases i'm comfortable with ti-bases on.. last one was a while ago.. straumann SC #25 with the orientation correct for a fkng change
