Laser-assembled hader bar

I just made this for another lab today and thought I'd throw it out here. I know Cad Cam is the sexy choice but I've yet to find anything that I can't do with the laser.

I visited a lab that uses a Phaser for EVERYTHING!

They use Titanium Hex bolts and weld to Titanium Temp abutments...then grind into shape and slap on porcelian for crew-retained crown! Crazy huh?

I could go on with the ghetto stories I have seen recently.

Pieces of Ti from various places, cut and welded to make up bars and all sorts of things.
We all laughed at how silly it was, but it worked for them.
