The bottom of chamber is now sealed up. I mean, the slot where the coolant dripped down from chamber to the lower section base of mill.
Duct tape, now covered in a pile of Zirconia dust.
Take mill apart.....pack up rubber/silicone seals with Die-Electric grease (silicone) to lubricate and prevent Zirconia dust from getting behind the seals to spindle and A-axis.
I filled the voids and cavities with non-conductive, non-petroleum based Silicone stuff that does not get hard. Don't use that type of silicone! LOL
I added this.... Midwest Control Automatic Electric Tank Drain 115V, Model# MCDV-25-120ADK | Air Compressor Accessories | Northern Tool + Equipment to an air line and a switch from RadioShack... (also 12V relay). It is an adjustable timer for fluid valve. Originally made for "burping" the water out of bottom of an aircompressor tank. I use for something else.
Now, my mill puffs air and not water.
I removed the upper seal from the back side of the chamber door, and that is now the air inlet. Just enough of a crack so that your back splash material does not cave-in from the negative pressure of vacuum.
I added shower-curtian rings and elastic bands on interior of mill. Looks stupid, but it works great all day long!
I have extrenal Frankenstein-style throw-switch mounted on front of mill to activate the puffer and Vaniman Stone-vac II brushless. (It is safe, low DC current)
