Infire HTC Speed - Sirona sucks or it is just me?

I bought a second hand Infire HTC Speed.
It is like new, does not have sinter a single copping yet, and I paid 50% less from a Doctor.

The unit travelled 5000km and may have shake a little.
I have an issue installing it and would use some help.
The door closes and then opens again. I removed the zircon elements and the door closes.

The manual shows a picture and says the switch may need to be adjusted downward slightly.

Anyone knows how to access this part?
The manual has only this image and does not say how to access it or where it is located.
I may start unscrew all screw I can see......

BY THE WAY I TRIED CONTACT SIRONA FOR 10 DAYS AND THEY HAVE PUT ME ON HOLD ALL DAY LONG EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSES.

Contact your Mihm-Vogt people. If my info is correct, they built it. They should be able to tell you how to do it.

Sirona finally send a bill to "pay" me a visit.
However I found a thing a little odd...
They charge $798 to come from a distance of 120km
Techinicias from Dentsply drive 600km and charge me half.

By the way, Sirona only sent me the bill to pay, they have not booked me a date.
I will be waiting another couple of days in order to book a day with Sirona.

I was thinking about buy their new Scanner, I was told the design file can be milled anywhere, it is open STL bla bla bla, is it true or just sellers bulls?.
However I am concerned about support from Sirona.

Please take one minute of your time to answer "SIRONA SUCKS OR IT IS JUST ME?"

You have to pay for the open .stl. I am in the U.S. And we have a totally different price structure than every other country. Our service is through Patterson and works totally different from other countries as well.
