Implant Libraries

Hello all! I cannot seem to get the Straumann libraries to appear in the design software (Elfsina). I can see them all when I open the CAD app-libraries-implants?
When I go to design the one I need doesn’t appear? There is more than one does t appear.
When I spoke to Straumann they said you can only download from us for are libraries. When I approach resellers or exp they say you have to use the ones we supply through are integration page
I am beyond upset as this has always been only been an issue with Straumann, fess and other companies it just works?

Does anyone know which library I can use for a angled screw channel with straumann parts?

Dude, that's not how you use question marks, those are for questions not "I don't understand"
First of all it's not about having the files, it's about where they are.
Files are in folders that are in hierarchy structure. Always the same.

"C:\exocad\DentalCAD\DentalCADApp\library\implant\Straumann_Variobase_local-milling"

Inside this folder there is the config.xml and the files, stl or sdfa if encrypted by exocad.
You haven't taken the address bar in your photo so I can't see where you are.
Angulated screw, it's in the name.



But to make it more simple let's basically say we're in 2025 and that google still exist
