I just acquired an AG CeraMill map 400 but it came with no dongle or software all I want to do is scan not to design can I install jut exocad to make the scanner scan impressions and model need help

You have to call Amann Girbach and tell them the scanner you have and they will offer you the scanner software, or if it's with exocad, then I imagine they will offer you a exocad/scan software package for a price.

Mike maybe you can help me just bought a used AG CeraMill scanner map 400 no software or dongle I just want to scan impressions and models can I just install exocad flex to make the scanner work?

Try installing Medit Link to see if that will work. It's a free download for scanning and yo can create models too.

Doubt it will work since it's not a medit scanner, it's an AG scanner. It might though, who knows.

WOW Squirrel! Any one get a solution for the Variobase local milling. As stated previously, the older version of Exocad I have still works, but not much longer. I was told it will stop working with future window updates, then I won't be able to mill Straumann implant crowns for variobases in house.
