I am using to full denture design of 3shape s/w

it is picture of error message

I don't know why it happen the error

please help me and advice to me

error message is " Trying to add a facet to an edge as "right" facet , but " right" facet is alredy exits.

I want to get the solution in this site..

No images are showing, sorry. Best to call your retailer if you can first.

while i cannot see the images, this message usually arrives when the scanner has not correctly scanned the model - and i am not certain that's what stage you have completed (or are trying to complete)

re-scan case, you should have no trouble.

but i hope we can see pics soon.

I have seen this in an early version of the denture software...drives you nuts!
It happened to me mainly when I used a scan from a non 3 Shape Scanner... I know Blasphemy...

Try and make sure the scan is watertight or does not have any errors in it.

The exocad denture software is definitely worth a look too.

Rescan it. I dont know if the denture module has a 'close holes on preparation' like the normal scan does?

there is no hole in upper model . the setting of Lower is opossing model
