We started the in by 9, out by 4 as well (no extra charge). For some reason, the past few years it has started to bleed to in by !0ish, out by 2, so we raised the price of our repairs. If you need to drop everything to do them, may as well get paid for it. We use a courier service, but the difference between a rush and a 2 hour is only 3 dollars, so the extra $25 we now charge makes up for that. We charge $75 for a simple repair, plus models and teeth etc.
