Are you a dentist with exceptional skills in implants and full mouth arch surgeries? We're seeking top-tier professionals who can deliver precise and efficient results.Compensation Structure:

• Implant Expertise: $3,000 flat rate per day for doctors proficient in single to quadrant implants.
• Arch Surgery Specialist: A daily rate of $5,000 for those adept at full mouth arch surgeries.

Your Role & Expectations:

• Implant Procedures:Mastery in single to quadrant implants.
• Crown cutting time: Less than 30 minutes with an initial crown replacement.
• Prep time: No more than 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• Arch Surgery:Conduct two surgeries daily: One full mouth upper arch surgery in the morning and one lower arch surgery in the afternoon.
• Each surgery is expected to be completed within 3 to 4 hours, from the start of the procedure to the suture.
• On a typical day, you will handle two surgical processes, three to four checkups, and two new patient consultations.
• Efficiency is Key: If you cannot perform within the stipulated surgery time, this opportunity might not be the right fit for you.
