so lets start a thread and fill it with images of cases (with no names) of some of your most Facepalm worthy disasters.

i'll start...

got this one this AM in my Purolator.

he wanted a 5 unit Full contour Zirconia bridge.

does'nt need opposing. Dr. knows full contour Zr will destroy lower anteriors anyway..

Let me guess... the surgeon said " But that's where the bone is."
I can't count how many times I have heard that. I just say well," I know I am ONLY the (dumb) tech but this will be very challenging to restore." Then start charging for additional bench time. That starts making the price of a surgical guide look inexpensive real fast. That's if it's even feasible.
