So has anyone receive a bill or notification the your Annual subscription is about to expire with Exocad ? Just curious because after doing the update in February II'm now being told that my Licences is expired and I must pay a refresh fee plus the licence fee, This is supposedly expired in march. Don't you think when I did the update in February someone would have said something, like your license is about to expire next month???? I'm not understanding why I was not notified of this before it expired? Or received a bill a notice anything. I was looking at adding some modules and a mill when I found this out. I understand the fee to stay up to date and that I'm happy to do but $1800 bucks for a refresh fee.... Come on What is the norm for this yearly action with everyone else?
