I'm working on getting the best fit for milled PMMA teeth and milled PMMA denture base. The teeth are currently not quite fitting perfectly into the sockets. Right now I am sectioning an arch into anterior teeth bridge and posterior teeth bridges. I am using Exocad to design, Millbox to mill, and using a Roland DWX52-DCi to mill. The teeth are still a bit tight.
In Exocad, what settings do you guys use for your adapted base that is working for you?
In Millbox, what strategy/item type are you selecting (ie.Denture teeth? Full contour bridge? etc? I found I got a cleaner mill of the teeth when I selected the full contour bridge over the denture teeth. For the base I always have selected Denture)
Here are the strategy options I select also.
Trying to get good MILLED results. Printed dentures are a slam dunk. Hoping you guys with some experience can pipe in. Thanks!
