I’m still fairly new to exo cad but while on model creator I had this happen where it wasn’t sitting down and I don’t know why, did I miss cliick on something or was this a bug?

Are you talking about the gab between the minimal thickness (red) and the analog?

I think you're talking about the gap on the second molar implant, yes the ti base is missing, its a box you unchecked under the implants
