What does your company do for employee anniversaries? How are you valued and appreciated at work? What motivates you to come to work and feel appreciated?

Though I agree entirely with @nickate. Employees should inherently be grateful for being employed in this market. We do a birthday cake and card at this office. Anniversaries go unnoticed.
