Dental Manager No Network connection found. Unable to update key files

Hi everyone,
Please help
I just start Dental Manager this morning and this problem appear, any one can solve it. Thanks very much

First step, shut down your modem, your router and the computer running your software. After a minute, turn on the modem, once it is lit up, turn on the router, then the computer. Make sure all the appropriate lights on the router and modem are the right color saying you are getting an internet connection. If that doesn't work, call the reseller you bought your 3Shape from and speak to tech support.
