Convert DCM file to STL

Can anyone help me out converting this DCM to an STL so I can print a model?

"Dentalshaper" add-on used with Rhino CAD.

$4000 euro or so...

Cheaper with CAM (SUM3d)

I am wondering if you have tried editing your output settings in your design software. You may be exporting DCM's when you may have the option to export STL's. No conversion needed. I found this to be a common question of new 3shape users.
