Anyone come across this issue?

I've got a multi-unit bridge designed, SGS implants. When I go to generate the CAM output, the .STL file closes up 3 of the 4 implant holes (they're supposed to have a conical interface). The original .DCM files look normal, but the issue only arises when 3Shape converts them to STL. Anyone know what could be causing this / how to resolve? Been a few hours and I'm stumped. Inserted images below, the Meshmixer image is the .STL output, the 3Shape Preview is the original.

So it's not actually closing the holes, but the kit you're using doesn't have an interface added(Check pic). You can fix it in your control panel by copying the "abutment base models" into the "abutment interface models" area and then editing your abutment kits, or you can work around it for this one case. Explore your order and open the Materials.xml, navigate to the InterfaceID line and copy the "BaseID" line onto the "InterfaceID" line. Save and re f7 the case and it should output with those bases.
