Hi everyone! Lurker here but have learned a lot browsing this wonderful forum. So my question is would anyone happen to know how to troubleshoot this issue that I am having?
Scanner: 3Shape D900L
Version: 2019
Every time I do an implant scan with the option "Use one abutment" selected I would get stuck in the post-processing area of the scan. I scan the scan body, move it to the next slot, scan that, then when it is complete, post-processing just goes on forever. It has randomly fixed itself in the past, but I have no clue how to fix it or why it happens. Any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated! Thank you!
