For sale and available immediately is a low hours AG system that has been in my Practice Lab producing zirconia crowns primarily.
This is a complete system that will allow someone to start producing on day one.
Included are:
Motion 2- 5 Axis wet/dry milling machine
-this is the heart of the production center. It has been reliable for me through countless restorations.
-Mill has logged 627 total hours, which is very low time.
-Has CoolStream integrated vacuum and coolant located in base of machine
-Able to mill most materials: zirconia, wax, pmma, PEEK pekkton, polyurethane, preface ti abutments, sintron, eMax, and most block type materials.
-Included are arms to mill D Shape AG blocks, 98mm blanks, 3 eMax blocks, Preface abutments (AG and Straumann labeled),AND the AG-D Set denture teeth
CAD CAM Computer and software
-Dell workstation PC with Xeon processor, dedicated graphics card, and ample hard drive space
-AG Mind software (exocad) with abutment software, M-Ging (all-on-x),Artex CR, CAM integration, and D-Flow for denture design and fabrication. Also includes an HD milling upgrade for implant interfaces (peek temp abutments or sintron helaing abutments, this is not FDA approved and use at your own risk).
-Integrated CAM is feature based and one of the easiest and most reliable CAM packages out there. Easy to learn and implement
AG Therm furnace for zirconia provides 4 cycles, with 3 being for AG materials and one freely programmable
AG Argotherm with newest ArgoVent upgrade for sintering Sintron. The European guys are doing crazy things with Sintron, this system will allow anyone to try some of those or new techniques.
Map400 desktop scanner
-a really good scanner that has worked well for model scanning, and I have the triple tray impression adapter for directly scanning impressions.
-Includes all original items, calibration block, Artex transfer stand, and impression holder.
I will also include any and all extra zirconia material that I may have started to cut, and that lists in my material list in CAM.
I will deliver anywhere within 300 miles of Raleigh, NC.
I will be willing to help train, if necessary, for 2 days (Friday and Saturday) to get buyer up and going as quickly as possible.
If shipping is necessary, buyer will pay for crating and exact shipping. I don't want or need to make money on this.
Be aware, however, that there is a LOT of stuff to include.
I am asking an even $50,000 for everything, and will negotiate if someone wants to take ownership before December 1.
Ask your accountant if you are eligible to deduct a used equipment purchase or get accelerated depreciation for your purchase made prior to Dec. 31.
