Hey guys I could use some help. I’ve got a pfm bridge case with a key way precision attachment. Any pointers on liquid to water ratios to get the easiest and best fit? I’ve done a few of these in the past and they’ve always been a PITA. Thanks in advance!

Are you casting a plastic attachment?
Cast the female side of bridge first. Instead of using the prefabricated plastic male, hand wax the male side of bridge.
I get extremely accurate fit with this technique.

The liquid water ratio is designed for expansion and differs for each investment, time of year and so forth. With out knowing more info its impossible to know what to share.

I ASSUME the "keyway attachment" is for a non rigid connector for a poor prognosis abutment or to aid with draw and in these cases we normally do not try and expand the pattern.

Good luck
