Asiga Max Touchscreen

has anyone had their asiga max touchscreen become unresponsive? Any pointers/ things I can do or do I need it replaced?

I've tried calling our reseller HS/ Zahn and they're bang on useless. I've also generated a support ticket and left a message for tech support with Asiga, yesterday.

Try updating your firmware, or reinstalling the existing firmware if you're up to date. We were having issues with freezing on one of our 4Ks and that seems to have fixed it pretty handily.

Is the unit still under warranty? I just had them send me a new lcd screen for a similar issue.

If it is helpful, you should be able to remotely access the front panel from a computer as well Via it's IP i believe.

- Open composer> Right click printer> Open printer

Should open it in your default browser
