I've been mostly printing in the walled ecosystem of sprintray for a while now. However my sprintray is struggling and I am pretty sure my TI DLP unit is on its way out. I'm a lot more comfortable dealing with less user friendly options now and am hoping to move towards a more open print platform, which of course means I'm exploring PacDent resins. Essentially after swearing off printed resins after the **** show that was the dentca resins several years ago, I'm wanting to try a few printed dentures again for those situations where I need to whip something out quick, and I'm wanting to move away from the keystone night guard material. So I guess that means I'm mostly asking about the denture base 2.0, the sculpture 2.0, and the Flexisplint resins. What experience do you guys have with those resins and what are your thoughts about how they perform?

I print with Sculpture 1.0 for AOX prototypes, something we give patients before the zirconia and after the surgery. I'm sure Rodin as a brand is fine, but I've had the most problems with this resin when it comes to printing. When it prints, it looks good and holds up for as long as we need it to. We haven't had any breakages because the resin was bad or anything.
Why are you wanting to move away from the keystone nightguard material? I use their keysplint hard resin and have really liked it.

I'm using the key splint soft and I've just had a string of people breaking them, which I honestly thought was impossible. Maybe it's just the soft version, but it's just been less than stellar outcomes with longevity.

I use the titan material for aox temps. Pretty good stuff.
