Hello friends, does anybody have an answer for this issue that I encounter with this Dental scanner? I don’t use it that much but it stopped capturing data with no blue light now in the middle of a procedure and I have this warning popped upincluded.. I would appreciate if somebody direct me to a proper channels to remedy the issues, thank youIMG_9254.jpeg

If my memory serves me correctly, those steinbechlers used FireWire type of connections between computer and scanner. Ours would glitch out every once in awhile and we'd have to switch the firewire around or some silly update would restrict it's use, then we'd get this message error.

Thanks for replying, so you think the issue is a cable issue or something more involved? I mean it stopped capturing data when I tilted the die virtually to capture and close some gaps

Yeah, that firewire is so touchy, we used to bump it and have to reset everything (switch cords, turn everything off and back on, then it would work).
