Any beta testers out there have a chance to play around with this material yet? Looks interesting.

This is what I found out as well.....and the Glidewell printed model will be a replica of their fabricated abutments, so you'd be forced to purchase custom abutments from them. I do recommend to all of my docs the NT trading scan bodies.
In researching this I did hear that an upcoming update...
I have a doctor that sent me an itero scan using a glidewell scan body. Is there a way to get a printed model and digital analog without going through glidewell?
Curious to what people who are still running the original Lava mills are using as their CAM software (using 3shape for CAD.) Debating on if it's worth it to upgrade to preciso cam (exocam) or look into outside CAM providers. Any feedback on experience with preciso cam is welcome too. Thanks.
Thanks for the response, Kreation. We have the dme library and the flow kit too, but I didn't know where to send the finished design files for milling. Are you milling them in-house. We are in South Florida.
Hello. Anyone out there fabricating custom abutments for the BTI implant system? If so where are you sending them for milling? It doesn't appear that they are a clone of any other systems so Atlantis, Glidewell, etc. don't seem to be an option.
We are looking for an experienced ceramist to join our laboratory in South Florida, about 15 min west of Ft. Lauderdale. Must have experience with e.max and porcelain fused to zirconia restorations. CDT is a plus. Salary comensurate with experience/ability. Future management potential...
I can't disagree with you guys that it wouldn't be the most exciting job, but like in most non 1 or 2 man labs if you you excel at what you are doing you are afforded the opportunity to work in other areas. I think very few labs right now afford a tech the opportunity to bounce around so much...
Thanks for the feedback. Your tech definitely does get it done. If there are any techs out there that can stain and glaze 100, or even 30, FCZs and you'd like to come to Florida please PM me!
We are already designing here, milling will be in the near future. For now we have a local lab mill them for us and it's been working out well. Just not sure what to expect from a tech as far as production once we get the crowns back sintered.
Hello from South Florida. Great forum here, lots of good info. I'm curious to what a realistic production for a tech who is only staining and glazing FCZ crowns, assuming minimal margin/contact/occlusal finishing. Thanks.
