Title says it all. I am looking for an upgrade for my mouse. Is a trackball functional? Who is using a tablet, like Wacom? Does it work?

For GP computing, trackballs might be ok, but unless you have a lot of thumb control, more than normal, or a finger trackball, they can get troublesome.

3d mouse and trackball here. I hate regular mice, constantly picking up and moving back to center, lame.

All 3, cintiq is great with the 3d mouse, but the gaming mouse has it advantages as well, all 3 work in harmony sometimes.

Another vote for 3D,,,,,,,,,, plus mouse , it's so much smoother being able to rotate objects .

Just received 3d connexion wireless kit... the space mouse did not start to work with exocad... will look if restarting everything helps after completing all the unfinished designs.
